Families of First Year Students, Please Pass Along to Your New Owl!
It's time for First Year Convocation, your official welcome for the class of 2025!
New Owls, please join us at 5/3 stadium this Sunday, August 15th, to hear from fellow students and KSU leadership on how to succeed in college. Also, the first 2,500 students will receive lots of FREE KSU swag! Follow the Marching Owls into the stadium as you take your turn at the center of this wonderful Owl Nation tradition!
- First Year tailgate (free food, giveaways, games) 4:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. Field 3 behind 5/3 stadium
- First Year March – 6:15 p.m. follow the legendary Marching Owl band into the stadium
- First Year Convocation – 7:00 p.m. – Official welcome to KSU!
- Parking for those not taking the Big Owl Bus (BOB) is in Gold/Black parking lots directly across from 5/3 stadium

Anyone else annoyed that the class of 2020 gets overlooked again?
