Hi, Sue - Thanks for your feedback here as well as via email. Hopefully, you've already received the response I sent via email earlier. I too am frustrated. I'm a one-person department at the moment and I've been charged with making this year's event revenue neutral and to be able to accomplish that task, I had to make some difficult decisions. As far as pricing, the package is less than it was before, of course with less things included. However, I worked with our Athletics team to provide you with the best deal both for tickets and parking that's available.

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, unfortunately, to continue to keep that fabulous original deal, 700 families would have had to sign up and as of last Thursday midday, only 55 had. I had to make a very difficult decision.
