Applications for next year's Resident Assistant (RA) positions are now open! Your student has the opportunity to become an impactful leader on campus while creating a safe, fun and vibrant community for their fellow students.

What Do RAs Do?

As a Resident Assistant, they will live within our communities, providing essential support for residents' concerns, campus life and independent living. RAs also serve "On-Call" a few times a semester to assist students after hours.

Perks & Qualifications

What are the perks? RAs enjoy free campus housing, a credit towards a Residential Meal Plan, continuous professional development, networking with on-campus leaders and exclusive opportunities reserved for Housing and Residence Life staff.

To qualify, your student must be a current, full-time KSU student enrolled in classes by Fall 2023, maintain a GPA of at least 2.5 and pass various pre-employment checks. Additionally, they must attend one of the Open Hall sessions listed below.

Kennesaw

October 3, 8 p.m. – ARC Town Hall, Lower Level

October 18, 8 p.m. – The Summit Lobby

October 23, 7:30 p.m. – Terrace Level 1000 Building
