Does your student need somewhere convenient to stay this summer? They can live on campus with us! Applying is easy — have them log in to the Housing Portal and follow the Step-by-Step guide to completing the Summer Housing Application by Friday, May 3, to live steps away from their classrooms, academic resources, the student recreation center and more. Plus, it only costs $1,000 for the entire summer.

Students currently living in Academic Year and Summer communities (Austin Residence Complex, University Columns, University Commons and University Courtyard) do not need to apply for summer housing.

If your student is a current KSU Place resident, renewed their room for the 2024-25 Academic Year and they wish to stay on campus through the summer, they must apply for summer housing and pay the $1,000 summer housing fee. They do not need to be enrolled in summer classes full time if they are a renewed KP resident.

Is your student interning at Kennesaw State University this summer? Visit our Intern Housing page to learn more about on-campus accommodations.

Note: To be eligible for summer housing, your student must be enrolled full-time (6 credit hours) in summer classes.

If you or your student have any questions, please contact the Talon One Service Center at (470) 578-8663 (T-ONE) or talonone@kennesaw.edu, or visit our website to review the living options.
