As your student’s Move-In Day approaches, we want to ensure they are fully prepared for a smooth transition into campus life. There may be a few crucial tasks remaining on the Pre-Arrival Checklist for your student to complete, and we kindly request your assistance in reminding them to do so. We understand the significance of this milestone, and we're here to provide you with all the information and resources you and your student need to make the process as seamless as possible!
Reminders
An immunization record, including Meningitis, is required to attend KSU. Without this record, your student will be unable to reside in our campus housing. They can submit the record online, via mail or drop it off in person at the Office of the Registrar in Kennesaw Hall on the Kennesaw Campus.

Payment Deadline for Fall Semester
The payment deadline for fall is 4 p.m. on Friday, August 16, 2023. That includes your student’s on-campus living fees for the semester. We recommend visiting the Bursar's website for comprehensive details regarding payment options, such as Housing Payment Plans. Ensuring timely payment will secure your student's housing arrangements for the upcoming semester.
